Frank Oz along with other Muppeteers Unhappy With 'The Muppets'?

For a long time, Frank Oz continues to be the voice (and hands) of Miss Piggy, however when he got the script for that new 'Muppets' film, he switched it lower. "I wasn't pleased with the script. I do not think they respected the figures," he informs the British site Metro. They are also worried that Kermit has become a body fat cat who lives inside a mansion which another Muppets now resent his wealth, resulting in the "band" splitting up. Not everybody associated with the beloved felt masterpieces feels similarly. "I am very hopeful the figures are as warm and loving to one another because they were when Jim was pointing," states Bonnie Erickson, the executive director from the Jim Henson Legacy, who designed and built the initial Miss Piggy. She states she's "very excited" that Disney has introduced the Muppets to the giant screen, but confesses that she's nervous.
